(title track from eponymous 1972 album, based on the soundtrack for the film La Vallée)
I'm not sure if this is Obscured by Clouds, Let There Be More Light or A Saucerful of Secrets!!
Day three and I've already broken my self-imposed prime lens rule, but I couldn't resist last night's spectacular lunar show over the back garden. Quite by chance, I had been loaned the 70-300mm Sigma just a couple of days ago but hadn't really tried it out...
...but when I came home from work and saw the intense colours in the clouds around the moon, I just had to have a go! This is the best of about thirty or so photos - the brightness of the moon's light was really quite intense, so much so that it produced this brilliant radiance in the clouds (is there a proper name for this?)
