According to the Pima County Assessors website, it was built in 1923, though I haven't been able to unearth the architect. Art deco was a very popular style in the early 1920's so the time frame makes sense. I was curious to know if this was how it looked originally, given the date I would think so.

i lived in this house the summer of 2002. Its a beautiful house. Its actully three apartments. My friend Michelle and Danny lived in the other two apts. I subletted from my friend Robin who was in seattle for the summer. it was a great summer. Thanks for the memories!
