Very good balance between shallow depth of field available and low light necessity of using iso2500. How many tries? If it were me, it'd be about a dozen with maybe only slight success. My Olympus is not so forgivable at high iso.

Leafy Sea Dragons truly are amazing. There is only one licensed supplier of these animals in the whole world and they are quite difficult to maintain so any time we get to see them in our aquariums it is a real treat. You've done a really nice job capturing the essence of this one Walter. Voted

Fabulous shot. Looks unreal. I couldn't tell at all from the thumbnail what it was. I've seen similar ones at the Birch aquarium, but don't recall seeing this blue one.
