Two songs came in mind with this, and as I found a great video for each, I couldnīt decide. So here are both:
LETīS THE GOOD TIMES ROLL (1946) LOUIS JORDAN
ALL SUMMER LONG (2008) KID ROCK
'Letīs the good times roll' is a song first recorded by Louis Jordan in 1946. Since then the song has become a blues standard, covered and performed by numerous artists.
One of my favourite versions, you can see in the video, is by B.B. King.
'All summer long' was a big hit for Kid Rock in 2008.
Kid Rock put together two great old songs from the seventies ('Werewolves of London' by Warren Zevon and 'Sweet home Alabama' by Lynyrd Skynyrd), to create something new.
In many cases this does not work, but this one did!
what a great find Werner, these two different groups of people drinking something alcoholic
although there isn't much action in the frontman of the canoe, he looks a sleep!
