All of these images were taken within about 10 k of our home at Parau. There are a number of beaches close by, Armor Bay, Mill Bay, Cornwallis, Kakamatua, Kaitarakihi, Fosters Bay (at Huia) then further out, Whatipu. Countless walking tracks criss-cross the area, plus a number of water reservoirs supplying Auckland City: Lower Nihotapu Dam is just 1 k from our home, Lower Huia Dam is seven k. I will steadily add images of local identities, buildings, business's, artists of every kind, our wonderful local newspaper (Laingholm Roundabout).
