I was wondering how on earth you managed to make that in mid summer, but I see you have an (unfortunately temporary) cool change today. This looks SO good; the light is really bringing out all the texture and crunchiness of the biscuit above, and all the creaminess and layering (for want of a better term) of the cake below.
