Maximzar -- Happy Greetings from Northern California -- U.S.A. Your Photo Gallery, EVERYDAY, is exciting. I especially like "Welcome Home." It conjures up the idea that a family once lived in this country house -- the kids went away to a larger city and came back home to either visit or live. There is a country feel about this photo. I left the rural farmlands in the South and escaped to Boston. I did return home to live for about 3 months before accepting a career appointment in the U.S. Government, Washington, DC. Contragratulations... Take a tour of my Abstract Art Gallery & post your comments: www.pbase.com/lille_mcghee
THANKS! (lille)

Every now and then there is an image that I come back to for reasons I don't understand. The only conclusion I can come to is that it must be an exceptional image for reasons I don't understand. Hopefully one day I'll understand why this is one of them.

remember some work of american photographers in B&W
I like that "mélancolique" way

My kind of photo too. I think the style of car and house being unusual to most viewers just adds to the inetrest.

This is exactly the kind of photography I like!
I know, it's personal. It’s impossible to generalize in visual arts.
But I find here the elements which are fundamental in my parameters of judgment:
Accurateness, visual elegance, contents, solid technique, respect for the image, creativity, balance of colours, originality….
Kudos, Max!!!
