The Cat Sat in the Box

Toffee tries out the box which my photobooks arrived in this morning.
It seems to meet his satisfaction, as the books did mine.
Every year I put together a book of snapshots from our holidays as a souvenir and this year I also made one of local scenes for a friend who lives in California.

A friend of mine loves doing photobooks too; I've never tried myself. And El Gato (Lucy) shares Toffee's love of cardboard boxes. "Yes, I'm sure that YOU wish that you had a cardboard box as nice as mine. But we can't all be so fortunate..."

Now I have heard of a cat in a hat - not so sure about a box but he does look rather pleased with himself as if he owns the box. A lovely shot.

They seem to like that semi enclosed position and to be right in the middle of whatever is going on. The books are a good idea, better than just having your pics stuck on a machine.

It is written into cat law - boxes must not be left empty. He's clearly conscientious and it does make a cool picture.

cats do like to try out a new perch...good idea with the photo books, often better looking and a more versatile format than albums...less bulky too..
