Take for the Weekend Challenge
There wasn't much light outside today as the clouds hung low over to the land resulting in 'a soft Irish day'.
I got this pretty tea-light when I was buying some Christmas candles last year.
The picture behind it is an old photograph of my mother and her cousin.

Having the flame inside the glass like this is definitely the best way to handle a candle flame; you get the warm close range light but without the dynamic range issues of having an exposed flame.
