Feeling a bit better today but keeping to bland foods and drinking
herbal tea. This camomile tea was accidental souvenir. We couldn't
find any of the ordinary breakfast or assam teas that we drink at home when we were on holidays in Spain earlier this year so I bought a packet of camomile tea and brought the remainder home with me.
