Bloomsday, Italia 90 and our wedding day are linked memories
for me as World Cup fever had gripped Ireland the summer
we got married. A dear friend gave me Joyce's collected works
for a wedding present, although 20 years later, I still haven't
got round to reading Ulysses,
In some ways the twenty years seems like a lifetime
ago, at other times it seems to have gone by in the flash
of an eye.
Will catch up with commenting tomorrow as we have
some celebrating to do!
