I do love my macro lens. Not only does it offer a whole new way of looking at things
but it's very useful for getting a daily pic when other opportunities don't arise.
Went clothes shopping today. Although I love fashion since taking up photography I
have been more inclined to spend money on gear than clothes. But every so often I
get the urge to indulge in a bit of retail therapy outside of a camera store.
TK Maxx, as the ad goes, is one of my favourite places to shop. I could, and often do,
spend hours there, rummaging through the clothes and shoes, trying on hats and
sunglasses that I don't intend buying, looking at glossy cookery and gardening books,
examining mugs and plates, feeling the soft towels. It allows me to indulge my
love of fashion and bargain hunting at the same time.
