Green is The Colour

Tonight's choice was a no-brainer. Ireland are playing one of their
most important matches ever. If they can beat France tonight
they qualify for the 2010 World Cup. They go into the Stade de France
one nil down but a green army of fans will be there to cheer them on.
Come on you boys in green!

Update - We Woz Robbed
Sadly we lost thanks to a French goal which should have been disallowed due to a handball.

I thought of you when I saw the result and was saddened to watch "how" Ireland was eliminated. It's a very nice image though!

excellent shot of this proud badge..I saw the highlights at work..the winning goal was a scandalous affair...Thierry Henry clearly handled and even cupped the ball to keep it in play before delivering the killer cross...a real heart-breaker for the Irish..
