Best seen in original to reveal the detail. The upward slant of the POV here is because of my (lack of!) height standing a few steps below this door!


Georgian architecture is an inheritance from our ties with our neighbouring UK going back to the early 18th century. I remember these doors from my trip to Ireland. We just don't have much of this in the states. Everything new is made from a cookie cutter and very few old are maintianed this well. Very nice shot.
