I’d be fairly sure every home in Britain has a bag of frozen peas in its freezer. They are THE stock cupboard item I reckon. Quick, easy and nutritious – something in reserve that’s just right for those who are too busy or too tired for anything else.

That’s me – too tired for anything else. OK I’m not sleeping all day regularly any more but today I’ve managed to sleep for 12 hours solid, which is something unheard-of in my normal world.

The weariness just won’t go away. I've been told to "listen to my body" and it's saying it's had enough for now and needs some quiet.
