50 ways to leave your lover

....furthermore I hope my meaning won't be lost or misconstrued....

Inspired by the great Paul Simon and his wonderful song!

All-bar-one of the images in this gallery are archive shots, most from my Photo-A-Day project, that I've been working on since 8th March 2003. I have taken only one new shot specially for this gallery. It's nice to think that a simple idea, spawned from hearing the song on the radio in my car on a Saturday morning has been so well-received. Thanks to all for looking and for all the votes on this gallery. Most of all thanks for voting me to the no 1 gallery slot.

The whole thing may look 'effortless' but I have been lying awake at nights trying to think of things that rhyme with names. Then making the rhymes relevant to the theme and finding a suitable photo to illustrate the rhyme has occupied most of my waking thought for days now. David is being driven crazy and I am obsessed...........

I think this is the first gallery whereupon I heard music at the same time as I viewed the images. Excellent. Great song too. I found the wipe image too strong and suggest a windshield wiper instead.
