Wow, another great bug! It's name sounds like he/she is destructive like it might borough into corn plant roots..
We get beetles that gnaw threw pine bark and cause the tree to die. Hole in the bark with sawdust coming out is a sign of beetle infestation. .
Fabulous ending...so this must be a killer beetle...:-) excellent!
