Yellowjacket gathering pollen ball

This yellowjacket on Queen Anne's Lace, has picked up a number of small flies (at least 7)which you can see on the wings, the thorax. as well as on the pollen ball the wasp has gathered. I am not sure which species this is, but could be Vespula flavopilosa.
