Mason wasp (<em>Ancistrocerus</em>)
9-AUG-2010 Christine Hanrahan

Mason wasp (Ancistrocerus)

One of the many potter and mason wasps that occur in this area. A pretty little black and yellow wasp, this one seeking nectar at the Fletcher Wildlife garden. As their name suggests, these wasps make clay pots as nests!
