Good Morning Everyone!!
So nice to be back after an absence that feels like an age, though it’s only been
a couple of weeks. To the friends who sent messages of support & posted beautiful tributes I thank you all so much.
As for mine who have been unwell & injured, with time they will heal.
Emily who has suffered a paralysis of her spine & a fungal infection of the brain will be coming home it is hoped, this week. Her chemotherapy has been ceased & she will soon commence physiotherapy in hope of getting movement back into her legs. A few days ago she was unable to support her own head, but gradually she has begun to do so…her little legs will take longer.
Again she has proven what a little fighter she is & has survived to fight on…….
Emily’s Daddy was in a vehicle accident where he went through a guardrail & rolled over & over down a 30metre embankment, just hours before Emily was admitted to critical care. He suffered 9 fractured ribs, a collarbone & shoulder blade fracture & displacement. Their family 7 seater Nissan Pathfinder is a complete write-off and he was lucky to have to have survived it.
We have been caring for him & the 3 other children while Emily & her Mummy are in hospital making my life too busy to take out the camera but having seen August Challenge is Abstracts, I am making the effort, where & when I can, which may not be daily I’m afraid.

Hey this translates to "Woolsphotos"! :)

I guess badluck travels all over the planet, here too sickness has struck the household, my wife has caught something, and can't keep any food and can't sleep for more than 30 minutes per 2-3 hours. Thats why I'm in town. The doctors can't find anything, and think of a strange bug as yet unidentified...?

Whish you luck, and my thoughts will include your family.
Jola Dziubinska06-Aug-2010 22:51
