After dead heading the amaryllis, the leaves shot up, growing an inch a day. The motion here is implied. With 3000 ISO, I couldn't use a slow shutter speed but if I had I bet you would see them growing. It's a stretch. :)

I said to myself "Wow,looks like that Wollensak glow on the leaf edges, but no she's using a Zeiss Ikonta now" But I was wrong. It is THAT Wollensak glow. Just re-named a graflex Optar. Composition is great too!

I like that one leaf coming out of bottom left; it breaks up the relative symmetry of the other leaves, provides a bit of depth, and gives another sharp edge to the scene to compliment the ones on the right-most two leaves.
