Great macro shot, Karen. I love the wet sheen on the berries. I've always love the color of the pokeberries. I saw some when we were in Michigan last week.
Did you know that scientists are studying the simple pokeberry plants because they contain mitogens that may be useful in treating autoimmune diseases and maybe even aids! V
