Such a strong image, Jenene. Ambiguous, stark in its imagery, and compositionally dynamc as it is set on the diagonal. I want to try to figure it out, but at the same time, I don't. I want it to remain a mystery.

A study in incongruity, abstraction, and human values, Jenene. The image asks questions of the viewer and demands answers: Why do all but one shadow stop at the base of the wall? It is art or reality? At what point does reality end and art begin? What are these puppets trying to tell us? It is an image that instantly engages the imagination, and ultimately the waving hand beckons the viewer to join the party.
