Today was a nice lazy Sunday. I decided to make a classy meal including green beans au gratin, garlic mashed potatoes, New York Strip steaks and a bourbon pan sauce. The meal turned out very nice. It took two beers to assist. Also a nice bit of bourbon. This is the last step in creating the sauce. I added a half cup of bourbon then lit it on fire. It was pretty impressive. Life is good.
