_MG_4558 Caught her raiding

See the woodpecker feeder swinging behind her? I haven't been broadcasting my "no melt suet" mix, so I haven't seen too many squirrels. This one found out there were peanuts available in that feeder. The niger seed on the railing is from a big spill caused by a raccoon hole in the nyjer net. I spread it on the railing hoping the pine siskins would eat from the railing, since the net can't hold very much seed.

They are so adorable, but man, they can clean out a feeder in no time flat.

The rule in wildlife photography is to get a tack-sharp capture of the eye. You couldn't have done better, Isabel!

Excellent clear, sharp image, Isabel. Sounds like all the animals are getting into the act.

Great focus on the face and body and the eye is tack sharp. I think I see a little smirk on it's face too. ;-)
