"Elements"

Val-2007-116c.JPG

House exposed to the elements. Here is the story behind it:

This huge family compound (about half the size of a city block!) was left to rot when one member used it as a collateral in exchange for money to fund a
business venture of his. Unfortunately it didn't pan out and was left with a huge debt - loosing this prime lot in turn. The bad thing was that the rest
of the family didn't know what he had been up to and were of course shocked at the prospect of having to transfer to another home (yeees - as
much as 8 people STILL live here - termites and all!) when they've lived in this area for decades already! And they are such good peeps, too. :-(

Anyway, the new owner is currently laying his claim to the place and wants the family out, but they
are holding on to it as long as they can ... neglecting the upkeep of the place in the process.
