Three Rainbow Lorikeets

I should have checked the Thursday Challenge before I posted yesterday's entry
for the 4-colour February Challenge, but we have a family of about a dozen of these
who frequent our seed dish daily, no problem for me to take a few more shots
this morning so I could feature these birds for the challenge of "RAINBOW"

wowww.. great entry...and they are right in your neighborhood....i am getting totally delighted (most) days by a lowly, but very lively striped sparrow... in awe when i see him...not too many small birds here in my front yard.....enjoy your companions.... v

Nice shot, Yvonne. On hot days we keep a dish of nectar solution for them outside the kitchen window. It certainly attracts them ... but they like to roll around in it!
