This area flooded overnight with rainstorm

The water was just starting to accumulate Saturday morning on this higher road running past the Foreign Ministry, but an overnight rainstorm caused the area to flood.

It looks as if the river is becoming a stream. Great point of view and capture of the receding flood water. V.

That doesn't look promising, Helen. I hope the flooding doesn't get too much worse that what I hear it is already.
