GILLES...HAPPY GREETINGS FROM NORTHERN CALIFORNIA - U.S.A.

A great phto gallery, and especially the 5/01/05 - Nora Behind...How clever! This is outstanding photography work -- the blending of colors, softness, and representational. Tour my Abstract Art Gallery 1,2, and post your comments:

I like this one, refecting the colorful childhood. and make me wondering what the kids really see through their eyes.

Good job dear.

Very good. Colours, composition and the "real" look of frosted glass.
Sheena Woodhead07-Jan-2005 23:33
Beautiful image with lovely soft colours created by the frosty glass. Excellent.
pingupingu07-Jan-2005 21:12

en tous cas j'aime beaucoup...

beautiful beautiful..like a dream

I agree with Niall, it does resemble the pointellist paintings I also agree with everyone that commended you on your cropping/ framing ....great colors too.... beautiful wonderful work and you got my vote! ( plus I like her haircut :-) )

Is is just me or is there something quintessentially French about this? It's absolutely superb, my friend. The reasons why have been eloquently covered by the others here. It reminds me of the 'pointellist' technique of the French impressionist Seurat, whose tehcnique I think is now a PS tool! Oh, and she is very sweet. Je la donne le vote!

christianl05-Jan-2005 20:05

Guest 05-Jan-2005 16:15
Nora is as beautiful as a river nymph, perceived through the stream!
Magic capture and the most fascinating thing is that is all simple, without any special effect.
Tell us the truth, she's a real nymph and you are so lucky....:^))
