An accident occurred at this very intersection on June 11, 1938 between an F.P.L. truck and another vehicle. A settlement agreement between the parties was eventually litigated in the Florida Supreme Court. Boole v. Florida Power & Light Co., 3 So.2d 335 (1941).

So I'm supposing that section in the middle is Triangle Park?
