I’m 25, I’ve been fascinated with this website as I’ve grown up all my life in Hialeah, and I can tell you with most certainly those buildings still stand. Their names have changed but the actual buildings (especially the triangular structure seen) is still there.

I worked at that pet shop in 1981 but I believe it was called All Pets Mart then.

In the 60's Joe Fennell worked at Dick's Pet Shop and carried a monkey around with him in his 58 Chevy with the golden dragons on each side.

The Marciano's allowed the band I was with in the early 60's (Russ Samuel & the Vanguards) to use their facility on a Sunday afternoon. We had the entire place to ourselves, as we rehearsed and recorded for several hours. The result was completely different than recording in a recording studio, the bare walls and floors produced a "shinnier" sound than the padded walls and rugs of a studio.

The Marciano's lived on Cypress Ct. in Miami Lakes during the 60's, 70's and 80's.
