about 1/3 of the way aroundfrom Grables Bakery towards Ruffy's thier was a record shop, think the name was "Bill's". I worked there along with Harry, from K.C. and The Sunshine Band.Harry saved me once, guy came in said i'm road mang. rolling stones & wanted me to order some equipment, he sounded english to me. Forturnatelly, Harry talked me out of it. This is a Terrrrrriffffffffic Site. Thank you, I'll be here when ever i can.

This is the G.C. Murphy were 'Manocarz" got started at collecting Matchbox carz. Us boys would collect soda bottles, take them to Ernie's Atlantic at Okeechobee Road and Red Road and West 9th, turn them in and then take the money and go buy Matchbox's at 3 for a dollar. Now and then a sale four for a dollar and a couple of rare times even five for a dollar. We would each buy different ones and then play the rest of the day with them. We usually traded them for different ones with each other by the time we went home.
