Friendship

It is my birthday today, and I had hoped to sleep in just a little.
Diego had other ideas however, and he woke me up at 4:50 a.m. not to wish me a Happy Birthday, but for his breakfast.
He's a very good cat and a loyal companion, so I didn't really mind that much, even when he was reluctant to sit for his portrait later.
I believe real friendship is when you accept your friends as they are, even if they sometimes do things that you prefer they wouldn't do.
