When I look at this photo I ask myself how Americans would do in this same situation. This woman is rushing to fill her UN-supplied plastic jugs, aware that a Serb shell could fall at any time. Shelling water trucks was a favorite Serb thing to do. And this truck was parked at the hospital, another favorite Serb target. I know many Americans would rise to the challenge....
