Looks not unlike a renowned Californian Pbaser! Superb candid shot, Chris.

Nice. The background adds to it; it doesn't distract.

I recognize her "The North Face" jacket :) beautiful girl, great image!
Guest 25-Aug-2005 18:31
Beautiful shot! You caught her at the right time. I like the expression on her face.

Love this one alot. The blurring of the lady in the background contrast very nicely with the lady on the front. Thumbs up

Almost seemed like a picture of Jeanne here from the thumb

Nice image. I think if I did not know it was a market decision, I would read a more sad thoughtfulness into the image. It is very well composed.--Rene

Great picture Chris. Expressions, framing, DOF, colours are wonderful.
Really sharp for 1/80 a 300 mm...

I love this picture. The juxtaposition of foreground and background figures is freaky. And your slight reddish tinting is evil.

Very dynamic composition. Great candid.

uhm they always catch me and then I cant take the picture cause I feel embaresssed, looks like we have the opposite problem. Nice tones again, like the expressions on their faces.
Guest 24-Aug-2005 05:21
great work , like it a lot Chris

Well looks like you're starting a new streak, this time of not getting caught ;) Great candid, with just the right touch of DoF. The girl in the bg defintiely adds interest. Great contrast in lighting between foreground and bg. And I really like the continuity in tones. What interests me too is to get a sense of what the temperature is like for you guys with these ladies wearing light jackets. With the heat/humidity here, those are the last things anyone is even thinking about here! :)

the blurred people passing by.. the darkness and reddish/gold colors of the main focus.. her expression seems thoughful.. maybe even forlorn.. Excellent.. I wonder what her face would have read if she looked up and did catch you?
