I remember going along that path on the way to the swimming baths (the old ones beside the Glenburn). Definitely the start of Skipper's at the end of Bishop Terrace - just after the end of Bishop Terrace Brae (and your favourite tea room, the Kettledrum, if I'm not mistaken).

i would say its the safari bar at bishop terr. end of the skipper if my memory serves me right.
