The main picture is either Silver Star or Vol de Nuit - whichever it is, they're both delightful roses. Vol de Nuit is a very tall growing rose and is covered in blooms right now. Silver Star is an average height rose with a glorious violet scent. I reckon this one is Vol de Nuit...

Second one - Thisbe - a modern shrub rose

and the Third one - Tuscany
is a very old rose circa 1596 possibly from Italy
