yes the 1/3200 was clearly a case of bad judgement (I should have used manual exposure and limited it to
1/1600 or 1/2000 at f8). The bright sky tricked the Av mode into 'seeing the light' ;-) I had to tweak the
curves to adjust for the low exposure...

Excellen t pose and very good sharpness. I'm suprised that you can shoot at 1/3200 of second with such a long lens, even in bright conditions like this. I find myself having to shoot at much slower speeds most of the time, but then again, my locations are usually in tree covered areas.

Very nice ~ the wonder of flight. I like how you placed the bird on a limb at the bottom of the page. The lightly colored bird on the gray background looks free and weightless.
