I was driving home this evening and seen a couple of snakes crossing the road. I wondered if they were Rattlers. I got the camera ready with the flash since is was now dark and took a few to see that it was only a Gopher snake. I got out of the car and this guy didn't like me, and started to slowly come towards me as I tried to get a few snaps. Now it was by my door, the only unlocked one, hissing at me. Finally I scared it off. It was exciting!!
