Mar 3: Broken

This came in a bag of old photo bits donated by a neighbour. A 'Capital' light meter, made in Japan. It doesn't work, but I was trying to figure out how you'd use it if it did. Seems very complicated. You could miss a lot of photo ops while playing with those dials...
