Yes, it's just a radiator. On a day of setbacks:
i. Dinning room plaster still not ready to paint
ii.Trying to drill in to granite (local granite is the just about the hardest substance known to man, and our house is built form the stuff)
iii. Curtain rails that are supplied with screws that are not compatible with any of our vast collection of screwdrivers, and
iv. New plasterwork that extends not quite far enought to allow our new electical sockets to fit flat against the wall.
This is a photograph of a small success. Yes, it's just a radiator, but a pristine radiator on a pristine wall with pristine plaster covered in a pristine coat of orange* paint. No antique fluff, ancient cobwebs or dodgy old wallpaper behind this one. Not leaking, not rusty, not held together with a g-clamp. Oh no! Fitted today, by us. Hurrah! You just don't know how happy this picture makes us feel!
