Feb 6: Bamboo

At 9:30 this morning, is was so dark, gloomy and wet that my lightmeter suggested I go back inside. Actually it said 1/2sec f8 @iso100, but I'm translating for you. Then, this afternoon, the clouds vanished and we had a half hour of sunshine, and I went out and got some nice shots that didn't really represent the day at all... So here's our bamboo tree thingy in the sunshine.

(and people say you can fake shallow DoF in PS. Yeah, right...)

You sure CAN'T fake that! Look at that beautiful bokeh! David it's lovely. Great soft subtle colors here, and again WOW at the bokeh! -- angela :)
