This is where most brass beginners start.... the back row, 2nd and 3rd cornets.
These are 3 of the back row players in the training band I now conduct!

Our first outings are at the end of April, but the programme is coming together
very well, and the sessions are as much fun as I can make it, while still
keeping order and making progress! We have a wide age range from 8 to over 70! :)

The garden birds are getting closer.... but only stay long enough to swipe a nut.
In this shot the bird is about 20 foot above the feeder, heading East!



Took the car to the garage this morning though, and rather than sit and wait, took a
turn around the block - via the canal.... bird not quite in focus, but.... :)



Note we've had to put in a formal system to get parental approval for the use of
all photo's we take of the training band - happily all parents agreed and signed :)
