I could not quite believe my eyes when I saw that these icicles were green! I worked out though that it is because they are hanging from my copper bird feeder. I wanted to catch a drip falling, and thought I had managed it but when I reviewed my shots I saw that I hadn't! boo hoo, this is the closest I got, the drip is stretched out and about to fall. The ice was melting fast, so no chance to take another photo of it now. It shows a good example of one of the things I like most about photography though, to have the ability to capture a moment in time......
