Before putting away the extra leaf in the dining table, which I probably won't need again til next Christmas, I gave the table a good feed with beeswax polish. I had noticed a few cracks in the wood, this house is very dry, I get lots of static shocks in the winter, so I gave it lots of polish to soak up for a day or so before I tuck it up. The Christmas tree has to come down tomorrow, so I wanted to get it into one last photo too.
