For some reason sun tea has a lovely soft flavour, so when we get a nice sunny day I like to make a jugful. Today was just such a day so I put a teaspoonful of tea in a jug with filtered water in the sunshine in the early afternoon, and by evening it was brewed, ready to be mixed with lemon juice and sugar and placed in the fridge to cool for tomorrow's delicious refreshing drink.
