The carnival is in town

so I wanted to get a photo of it looking pretty with all its lights on at night. Unfortunately the weather changed from a baking hot day, and started to rain just as it was getting dark. I did not want to get my camera too wet so took this quick snap and it will have to do!

wow! i didn't noticed it was a "IS"ed shot, really effective indeed! actually i liked this shot better than "Slower" shutter speed ones. Your pic looks more "In-Motion". Keep up the good work! Michael
