Michigan Lily

Hines Park

This beautiful bright orange bloom caught my eye as we walked Teddy through the park.
I only had my little camera with me, but hope that in this image, I have managed
to capture the flower with the sun shining so brightly though it.
I have seen these wild flowers in bloom in previous years later in the season,
normally not until July, so was not expecting to see one just yet.

Beautiful Tricia...almost seems to glow with the sunlight! the little powershot did a great job (of course we all know its not the camera, but what's behind it!)

This is the best photo yet. Great catch of a lovely bloom
