April 3rd - Dandelion

Wet and rainy today. Plenty of clouds and drizzle.
Such a change from yesterday's haze and very welcom. I'd rather have rain than haze anytime.
Thanks for all the comments on yesterday's shot that I wasn't at all happy with, it's certainly appreciated.
I was attempting some landscapes and I was finding the weather to be at cross purposes to what I was seeing in my mind's eye.
Sometimes you just have to take the cards your dealt!

Today I found the time change kicking my a**.
As I dragged myself in the door at work I noticed this one lone dandelion by the sidewalk.
It's survived the gardener's mower for several weeks, all by staying close to the ground.
So I made this my PAD for today...

it looks a bit ragged after surviving the lawnmower - the seed clock will be photogenic too!

Lay low and survive. Sounds like the perfect strategy!
