The day is finally cooling off. The thermometer says 94º at 7pm.
The prediction is for two or three more days of 100º plus.
This time of year my mantra is "Stay inside, Stay cool."
In the northeast part of the country people stay inside to avoid the cold, here we stay in to avoid the heat.
With luck, we should start to cool off along about late September...

To my friends in the north and across the water, I'd gladly trade you weather!
(except for the south, too muggy...)
